It is a pleasure to use, and once you get the hang of cleaning and maintenance, these steps become second nature and simply part of each roast. In good weather we set it up in front of the store and the aroma of roasting coffee always draws passersby. In the past, it was not practical for individual retailers to own and operate a coffee roaster to roast their own coffee. It would have required skilled and experienced personnel, a huge inventory of green coffee beans and a large capital outlay for equipment. As a further limitation, coffee roasting equipment was not available in the appropriate scale for most retail businesses. Our offerings of Sonofresco and Milanio green coffee beans are selected based on their unique characteristics and quality. We have developed several green coffee blends that will satisfy a wide range of customer tastes. |
