Introducing the New 2lb Roaster!          $3495* The new 2 lb Roaster offers the same operational features and benefits of the 1 lb Sonofresco Roaster, with twice the roasting capacity! The roasting and cooling cycle time for the 2 lb Roaster is the same 16-18 minutes per batch, producing up to 55 lbs of roasted coffee per day. The 2 lb Roaster allows the same roasting flexibility, offering different coffees, blends, and roast levels. Light roasts to dark French, Italian and Espresso are now at your fingertips, in less than 20 minutes.  Imagine the possibilities!
Sonofresco Roasters offer gas fired roasting, with either natural gas or propane. Roasters are available in two styles; cheery red powder coating or sleek modern stainless steel. Most replacement parts for the 2 lb Roaster are common with the 1 lb Roaster, and ten years of Sonofresco service is behind every machine.
